Emissary Healthcare Consulting LLC (Emissary) has commenced operations providing healthcare IT consulting services to leading hospitals, medical centers, health systems and large physician groups throughout the United States. The company has been formed by proven industry veterans, Christopher Bergmann and Michael Lippman, who each have over two decades of experience helping clients build high performance provider organizations, in the context of healthcare's difficult regulatory environment and competitive landscape. Mr. Bergmann and Mr. Lippman have worked together several times in their healthcare IT careers and are pleased to do so again at Emissary.

Prior to Emissary, Mr. Bergmann co-founded and led both Exemplar Systems and Elumen Solutions as President and CEO, which he grew into one of the largest U.S. healthcare IT consulting businesses, now referred to as CTG Healthcare Solutions. Mr. Bergmann has also served in senior leadership and business development roles with other respected large, publicly-traded companies. Mr. Lippman was Exemplar Systems' first employee, advancing into executive leadership positions in consulting and account management as the firm grew. Previously, Mr. Lippman implemented enterprise-level hospital information systems for a leading hospital software vendor, and headed patient accounting operations at a major hospital.
